Who this is for

Small organizations rarely get attacked because someone singled them out. They get caught by automated tools that scan the whole internet for weak websites, unprotected domains, and email that's easy to fake. The fixes are often small, but they need to be set up correctly.

Starting prices

Cloudflare setup starts at $250 and covers DNS, SSL, security, performance, Pages, and domain configuration based on scope. Email security starts at $100 for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing, deliverability, and a domain-email configuration review. Any paid Cloudflare plan or third-party cost is quoted separately. Ongoing care is available through Website Care or an IT support plan. See the pricing page for every option.

How it works

  1. Check where you stand. Run the free Tech Checkup, which grades your email security and website security in a few minutes.
  2. Free consultation. We walk through the results together and talk about which fixes matter most. Book a time.
  3. Plan and quote. You get a written scope and price, including any third-party costs.
  4. Careful changes. We copy existing records, make changes in a safe order, and test your website and email before and after.
  5. Plain-English summary. You get a short write-up of what we changed, who controls what, and what to watch for.
Think you're too small to be a target? Most attacks on small organizations are automated. Here's why size doesn't protect you.

Local and remote

We're based in Coos Bay and help organizations in Coos Bay, North Bend, Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and Powers. Cloudflare and email security work is done entirely online, so we can help small businesses and nonprofits anywhere in the United States. Locally, we're happy to sit down and go through the results in person.

Common questions

What is Cloudflare, in plain English?

Cloudflare sits between your website and the internet. It manages your domain's DNS, provides SSL encryption, speeds up your site by serving it from servers near your visitors, and filters out a lot of malicious traffic before it reaches you.

Do I have to pay Cloudflare too?

Cloudflare offers a free plan that covers many small business websites. If your needs call for a paid Cloudflare plan or add-on, we'll explain why and quote it separately before you commit.

What are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

They're records on your domain that tell other mail servers which services are allowed to send email as you, prove your messages weren't altered, and say what to do with mail that fails those checks. Together they make it much harder for someone to impersonate your business and help your real mail reach the inbox.

Will moving my DNS to Cloudflare take my website or email down?

Not if it's planned properly. We copy your existing records first, check them carefully, and switch over at a quiet time so your website and email keep working.

What is Zero Trust, and do I need it?

Zero Trust is a way of protecting internal tools by checking who someone is before they can reach them, instead of trusting anyone on the right network. Many small offices don't need it on day one, but it's useful when staff work remotely or you have admin pages and apps that shouldn't be public.

How much does this cost?

Cloudflare setup starts at $250 and email security work starts at $100. See the pricing page, or start with a free Tech Checkup to see what needs attention.
