Who this is for

Most small offices on the South Coast don't have an IT department. They have an owner, an office manager, or a volunteer who became "the computer person" because nobody else would. That works until a password gets lost, a laptop dies the morning of a deadline, or an email that looked like it came from the bank turns out not to have.

AXD Systems' IT support is built for organizations with roughly 1 to 10 people who want someone dependable to handle the technology so they can get back to their actual work. That includes:

What's included

Every organization is a little different, so the details are set in your plan. Day to day, IT support usually covers:

We publish our starting prices so you have a realistic baseline before you call:

Need a one-time project instead of a monthly plan? That works too. Compare every option on the pricing page.

How it works

  1. Free consultation. A 30-minute call to talk through how your office works today and what keeps going wrong. No jargon, no pressure. Book a time.
  2. A clear plan and quote. We recommend the plan that fits, explain what's covered, and put the scope and price in writing before any work starts.
  3. Get organized. We document your accounts, devices, and vendors, close the obvious security gaps, and make sure the right people have the right access.
  4. Ongoing support. When something comes up, you contact the person who set it up. We keep things maintained and suggest improvements as your needs change.
Not sure where you stand? The free Tech Checkup grades your email security, website security, and site basics in a couple of minutes, and tells you what to fix first.

Local IT support across Coos County

We're based in Coos Bay, so businesses in Coos Bay and neighboring North Bend are a short drive away. We also support organizations in Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and Powers. Most issues are resolved remotely over a secure connection, which is usually faster than waiting for a visit. When a problem really does need someone in the room, we schedule time onsite.

Outside Southwest Oregon? Microsoft 365, website, security, and most managed support services work remotely anywhere in the United States. Why local IT support still matters.

Common questions

Do you only work with businesses in Coos Bay?

No. We're based in Coos Bay and work across Coos County, including North Bend, Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and Powers. Because most support is handled remotely, we also support small organizations elsewhere in the United States.

Do you come onsite, or is everything remote?

Most requests (email problems, account lockouts, Microsoft 365 changes, website issues) are fastest to fix over a secure remote session. When something needs hands on hardware, network equipment, or a new workstation, we can schedule a visit within our local service area.

We already have an IT person or vendor. Can you still help?

Yes. We can take on one area, such as Microsoft 365 or the website, and coordinate with your existing provider or the staff member who handles technology today. You don't have to replace what already works.

What does a monthly IT plan cost?

IT plans start at $99 a month for up to 3 users, $199 a month for up to 5 users, and $399 a month for up to 10 users. Final pricing depends on what the plan covers. See the pricing page for details.

Do nonprofits and schools get different pricing?

Nonprofit pricing is handled case by case, based on your mission. Select Nonprofit on the quote form and we'll talk it through.

Is there a long-term contract?

The scope, price, and terms of a plan are written into your proposal before any work starts, so you'll know exactly what you're agreeing to. If you're unsure, a free Tech Checkup or a consultation is a no-commitment place to begin.
