Who this is for
Microsoft 365 can run nearly everything a small office needs: email, calendars, file storage, chat, and video calls. Setting it up well is another story. The admin settings are deep, the licensing is confusing, and the security defaults aren't always enough for an office that handles customer information.
This service is a good fit if:
- You're still using a personal or free email address for business and want email at your own domain.
- Your files live on one person's laptop or a thumb drive, and you want them shared and backed up.
- You already have Microsoft 365 but nobody is quite sure who has access to what, or which licenses you're paying for.
- You're a nonprofit or school with staff and volunteers coming and going, and you need accounts handled cleanly.
What's included
We set up only what you'll use, and document it so it stays manageable:
- Tenant setup. Your Microsoft 365 organization, domain connection, and admin accounts configured properly from day one.
- Users and licenses. Accounts for each person, the right license for the job, and shared mailboxes for addresses like info@ or office@.
- Exchange email. Business email at your domain, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for deliverability and spoofing protection. More on email security.
- Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Chat and meetings, personal file storage, and shared team folders organized so people can find things.
- Migrations. Moving mail and files from another provider or old system, planned to keep disruption low.
- Security baseline. Multi-factor authentication, sensible admin roles, and protective settings that reduce the most common risks. Why small offices are targets too.
- Device setup help. Getting Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive working on computers and phones.
Starting prices
Microsoft 365 setup starts at $150 for tenant setup, users, business email, and foundational security. Email security work (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing, and deliverability) starts at $100. Migrations and larger environments are quoted based on scope. Microsoft licenses are a separate monthly cost paid to Microsoft or a licensing provider and are quoted separately unless included in your proposal.
For ongoing help, Microsoft 365 administration is part of our monthly IT support plans, starting at $99 a month for up to 3 users. See the full pricing page.
Which license do you need? Most small offices choose between Microsoft 365 Business Basic (web and mobile apps, email, Teams, and OneDrive), Business Standard (adds the desktop Office apps), and Business Premium (adds advanced security and device management). Nonprofits may qualify for Microsoft's nonprofit offers. We'll recommend the lowest tier that actually covers what your team does, and you can mix licenses when only some people need more.
How it works
- Free consultation. We learn how your team works now: email, files, devices, and who needs what. Book a time.
- Plan and quote. We recommend licenses and a setup plan, and put the scope and price in writing.
- Setup or migration. We build the tenant, move existing mail and files if needed, and switch your domain over at a time that suits you.
- Hand-off. Everyone gets signed in and set up with multi-factor authentication. You get simple notes on what was configured.
- Support as you grow. Add people, remove access when someone leaves, and get help when something changes.
Microsoft 365 help across Coos County
We're based in Coos Bay and set up Microsoft 365 for offices in Coos Bay, North Bend, Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and Powers. Microsoft 365 is a cloud service, so almost all of the work happens remotely. If your team would rather have someone in the office on switch-over day, we can plan for that locally. Remote clients anywhere in the United States are welcome too.
Common questions
How much does Microsoft 365 setup cost?
Microsoft 365 setup starts at $150 for tenant setup, users, business email, and a foundational security configuration. Migrations and larger projects are quoted based on scope. Microsoft licensing is quoted separately unless included in your proposal. See pricing.
Can you move our email from another provider?
Yes. Migrations are a core part of the service. We plan the move, copy existing mail where possible, update your domain's records, and help everyone get connected on their devices. The scope depends on how many mailboxes and how much data you have.
Can we use email at our own domain name?
Yes. We connect your domain to Microsoft 365 so everyone has a professional address like name@yourbusiness.com, and set up the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that help your mail get delivered and protect against spoofing.
We already have Microsoft 365. Can you clean it up?
Yes. Many small tenants were set up quickly years ago. We can review users, licenses, shared mailboxes, permissions, and security settings, then fix what's risky or wasteful.
Do you provide ongoing Microsoft 365 support?
Yes. You can book help as needed, or include Microsoft 365 administration in a monthly IT support plan, starting at $99 a month for up to 3 users.
