What's included
- Hosting and SSL. Your site stays online on a secure, encrypted connection, with the lock icon visitors expect.
- Weekly backups. We keep the last four weeks, and restoring your site is included if something goes wrong.
- Security and updates. Platform, plugin, and Cloudflare settings are kept current, so known holes get patched.
- Uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, we're alerted and start working on it the same business day.
- Small content edits. Up to 30 minutes a month for text, photos, hours, prices, menus, or staff changes. Just email us.
- Domain and email records. We watch your renewal dates and keep the DNS and email-security records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) healthy.
- A monthly check-in. A short email covering uptime, the updates we made, and anything to keep an eye on.

How edits work
- Email support@axdsystems.com with the change: new hours, a photo, a price update.
- We make the change, usually within two business days.
- We reply once it's live, so you can take a look.
Not included
These are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you the cost before doing the work:
- New pages, redesigns, or new features
- Edits beyond the 30 minutes a month
- Third-party costs like premium plugins, paid themes, or stock photos
